You may bring items back for exchange or store credit for up to 14 days after you have received your order. We do NOT REFUND CASH. Items must be brought back to Tropi Trades Mayagüez PR. We will not accept exchanges or returns through our Website.
To complete your return, we require a copy of the invoice and for the original tags to be attached to the item(s). To be eligible for return, exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Shipping costs are non - refundable. There are NO ONLINE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES available for items purchased through our store. The only way to exchange purchased items is in our physical location.
All Clearance Sale Items are FINAL SALE - We will not accept returns or exchanges on any clearance sale items.
